With two operating pilots in Boulder and a new demonstration facility underway in Jefferson County, we’re on track to reach commercial scale by the end of the decade. Backed by over $300 million and strategic partnerships with global leaders across mining, steel, and big tech, momentum is on our side. You will leverage your expertise in FP&A, financial modeling, and capital markets and investor engagement to build a clear picture of the company’s financial outlook, optimize capital deployment decisions, and support in driving the right capital structure to support the next stages of growth. This is an exceptional opportunity to help build the financial foundation of a high-impact climate technology company.

Develop and maintain comprehensive capital structure models, financing strategies, and an integrated corporate financial model aligned with both short- and long-term objectives
Ensure compliance with loan covenants, regulatory disclosures, reporting requirements, and financing obligations

Improve financial planning processes, reporting automation, financial systems, and data governance capabilities across the organization
Foster a culture of analytical rigor, business partnership, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the finance organization
