How we create our job search guides

Who publishes Warmada's guides, how AI and sources are used, what product tests can establish, and how to report a correction.

Who publishes this content

Warmada publishes these guides for candidates seeking jobs. We also build a hiring-contact research and outreach product, so we have a commercial interest in readers trying Warmada. These pages are company-published resources, not an independent consumer-testing publication.

The Warmada attribution identifies the organization responsible for the content. It is not a claim that a named recruiter, career coach, or other expert wrote or reviewed it. Where no individual is identified, no named expert review has been completed or claimed. Questions and factual corrections can be sent to hello@warmada.com.

AI-assisted research and writing

These articles were developed with AI assistance for research, organization, drafting, and worked examples. AI assistance is not subject-matter expertise or evidence of product use. The method and limitations displayed on each article describe what supports it.

Examples use fictional candidates or clearly marked placeholders. They demonstrate a process; they are not testimonials, actual tool outputs, or evidence that a candidate obtained an interview. Templates should be adapted to facts you can support and the employer's instructions.

What our evidence labels mean

  • Provider documentation: a statement from the provider about features, plans, or controls, linked beside the relevant discussion. It establishes what the provider says, not that we reproduced it.
  • Guided demonstrations: a vendor-controlled tour or example interface. Observing a demo does not establish that data saves, exports, or works the same way in a customer account.
  • Worked examples: original fictional inputs, suggested edits, and evaluation exercises. They are instructional material, not completed product tests.
  • Account tests: actual interactions with a product, reported only when performed. A report should identify the date, account tier, input, action, observed result, evidence, and limits. A successful sample does not establish overall accuracy or hiring outcomes.

How comparisons help you decide

Our shortlists group tools by the candidate problem they advertise support for. Placement is not an award or a measured ranking. The lists are selective, and different candidates may need different tools or no paid tool at all.

Source-based comparisons distinguish documented capabilities from unanswered questions. We do not describe a tool as the fastest, most accurate, or best overall without suitable comparative evidence. A mention of Warmada or a Try Warmada link is promotional and does not make Warmada the winner of a comparison.

Dates, limitations, and corrections

An article's publication or update date is not proof that every product fact was rechecked that day. Where a source-check date is supplied, it applies to the documented claim. Product availability, plan limits, and prices can change; follow the linked provider page before relying on them.

To report an error, email hello@warmada.com with the article URL, the statement at issue, and supporting evidence. We use that information to assess the claim and correct it when warranted. Substantive changes should update the article date; cosmetic edits should not create an impression of fresh research.
