About Warmada
About Warmada
Warmada is a web dashboard for job seekers that helps identify the person most likely hiring for a role, look up their work email, and draft an outreach email. You edit the draft, and nothing is sent until you approve it from your own connected Gmail account. A Chrome extension is coming soon.
What Warmada is
Warmada is a web dashboard, at warmada.com/dashboard, that helps job seekers write to the person likely hiring for a role instead of applying into a form and waiting.
You describe what you want: target roles, locations, and a salary floor. A career agent reads that brief and surfaces matching postings under New jobs. On any job, Warmada can suggest a likely hiring manager, look up a work email, and draft an outreach email from the role and your background.
Who Warmada is for
Warmada is for people looking for a job who are willing to contact a hiring manager directly, and who want to review every message before it goes out.
It is built for the candidate’s side of the search. It does not serve employers or recruiters.
How Warmada works
- Describe the roles, locations, and salary floor you want. The career agent surfaces matching postings under New jobs.
- On a job row, choose Find hiring manager. Warmada suggests the person most likely hiring for that role and looks up a work email. It says plainly when it cannot find one.
- Review the contact and the email address. A suggestion is not confirmation that the person owns the vacancy.
- Read the drafted outreach email. Edit it, regenerate it, or write your own.
- Approve sending. The email goes out from your own connected Gmail account.
- Follow the job on the Tracked jobs board, with columns Saved, Applied, In process, Offer, and Closed. Replies and nudge reminders land there.
What Warmada does not do
- It does not send anything without your approval.
- It does not guarantee a contact or a work email. Either can be unavailable.
- It does not create a warm introduction. Contacting a hiring manager you do not know is cold outreach, and Warmada does not create a relationship with the recipient.
- It does not guarantee replies, interviews, or offers.
The Chrome extension (coming soon)
A Chrome extension is coming soon and is not yet publicly available. The dashboard is the way to use Warmada today.
The extension is planned to have dedicated extraction for Greenhouse, Ashby, and LinkedIn job pages, plus generic job-page detection tested against Lever, Workday, and SmartRecruiters. Support will vary by page layout.
Your data and the people you contact
Warmada drafts emails but does not send them for you. Each email is sent only after you approve it, from your own connected Gmail account.
If a contact asks to be removed, Warmada never suggests or stores them again.
Who publishes Warmada and how to contact it
Warmada is published by the organization Warmada. It is also the publisher of every guide on this site, and that content is AI-assisted and says so. The editorial page explains how guides are made and checked.
To ask a question, request removal of a contact, or report a mistake, email hello@warmada.com.
Frequently asked questions
Is Warmada a Chrome extension?
Not yet. Warmada is a web dashboard at warmada.com/dashboard, and that is how you use it today. A Chrome extension is coming soon but is not publicly available. Once it launches, it is planned to work on Greenhouse, Ashby, and LinkedIn job pages, with generic detection on other sites. Support will vary by page layout.
Is Warmada free?
Yes. Warmada is always free for job seekers. You can send up to 15 emails a day through it and send up to 20 messages to the career agent a day.
Does Warmada send emails without my approval?
No. Warmada drafts an outreach email, and you can edit it, regenerate it, or write your own. Nothing is sent until you approve it. An approved email is sent from your own connected Gmail account, so it comes from your address, not from a Warmada address.
Does Warmada guarantee it will find a hiring manager’s email?
No. Warmada suggests the person most likely hiring for a role and looks up a work email, but either can be unavailable, and it says so plainly when it cannot find one. A suggested person is also not confirmation that they own the vacancy, so check before you write.
How is Warmada different from an email finder like Hunter?
They start from different places. Hunter’s Email Finder looks up the email of a specific person, so you choose who to look up. Warmada starts from a job: it suggests a likely hiring manager, looks up a work email, and drafts an email you review. Warmada does not guarantee a result.
