As an Associate University Recruiter at IXL, you will work side by side with engineering leadership and recruiting teammates to build strong talent pipelines and bring exceptional new graduates to IXL. #LI-EM1

This is a full-time position that requires you to be in our IXL headquarters office in San Mateo, CA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Partner with hiring managers and leaders to deeply understand hiring needs and support student and university recruiting hiring and programs

Manage recruiting cycle for entry level technical openings

Help develop closing strategies for candidates, ensuring that they have the information they need to make the best decision

Foster long-term relationships with high-caliber talent and build the best network of candidates for our teams

Become an expert on IXL Learning and speak to candidates about our products, positions, and company culture

Maintain a seamless and efficient candidate experience that results in a positive impression of IXL Learning, regardless of the outcome

Attend and represent IXL at university career fairs and events

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor’s degree

1+ years of recruiting experience; university recruiting experience is a plus

High-volume recruiting background is preferred

Strong eye for talent and an excellent ability to connect candidates with the right opportunities

Self-motivated and driven to perform

Highly organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to work productively and accurately, changing tasks and focusing easily

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Ability to work both as a collaborative team member and independently to accomplish hiring goals

Excellent communication skills and ability to cultivate great relationships with stakeholders

Experience with Google Workspace and Greenhouse (or other ATS)

A true interest in understanding technology and a passion for education

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 + bonus + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position.
