About the Role:  The Director of People Analytics and Workforce Intelligence will lead our global workforce intelligence strategy, transforming complex talent and organizational data into actionable business outcomes. Reporting to the Sr. Director, People Solutions, you will bridge HR, Artificial Intelligence, and enterprise analytics.  We are seeking a visionary leader to architect scalable solutions that empower executive leadership and managers to make data-driven decisions. You will build proactive tools to create insights that shift the paradigm from reactive reporting to predictive talent interventions. This role can be based in our Madison, WI office, or fully remote/virtual. Remote candidates must be physically located within the United States.
