About The Role We are seeking a Senior Director, Enterprise Operations to drive a step-function improvement in Lyra’s internal operating leverage and effectiveness. Reporting to the Chief Clinical Operations Officer and working in close partnership with the Chief Information Officer, you will build and execute an enterprise-wide strategy aimed to transform our operating cadence, optimize operational efficiency, and embed AI-driven workflows across all core business functions.
